Hey guys,
Something new that I’m proud to be working on is the Canada Concert Photography column on Examiner.com. I’m currently trying to focus my energy on keeping it updated and it would be great if you could check it out and let me know how I’m doing. And yes, I know I’m doing an spectacularly awful job at updating it often.
Check out some photos of the awesome dudes of Stereo Airing that I took tonight.
A few more under the cut…
I helped film Stereo Airing’s session at CHSR this evening and took a few photos while they got their gear ready. Much thanks goes out to the band for letting me use them as test subjects on my new 50mm lens.

Check out these photos of Owen Pallett that I took for Live n Loud Magazine! The show itself was phenomenal and I think my jaw dropped about 15 times. Pallett was outgoing, clever and completely charmed the audience by announcing after the second song, “Fredericton, I gave up front row tickets to Mariah Carey to be here for you tonight.”

Empires is one of my favourite bands and New York is one of my favourite cities. It was beyond surreal to shoot the band in a very appropriately titled state (”The Empire State’ – hey-o!) and the guys played a stellar set.

Hey, check out some photos of Tegan & Sara I took for Live n Loud Magazine under the cut!
Here are some photos of THE ARTIST LIFE that I had the chance to see twice on their cross-country tour with Stereos, The Envy and Midway State. The Artist Life always puts on a stellar show and I was beyond thrilled that they played some new songs that will (fingers crossed) show up on their next album. My favourite moment of the set had to be when the band played an acoustic version of their song “The Last Time” which is featured on their latest EP “Let’s Start A Campfire.” The crowd sang the back-up vocals on the chorus and it was a great moment that showed a different side of the band.
